NET Connect: Business Card Exchange, focus on Allentown

Come help the Network of Young Professionals celebrate the acceptance of a $10,000 community initiative grant. State Senator Pat Browne will be presenting the grant to the Network of Young Professionals and addressing young professionals role in urban revitalization. Allentown Mayor Ed Pawlowski will also be on hand to address Allentown's ongoing urban renewal.

Help the Network celebrate, expand your network, exchange business cards, and meet Mayor Pawlowski and Senator Browne.

Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided.

If you want my opinion, Allentown is the place to be for young professionals.

When the house next to mine sells in about a month or so (after the unfortunate passing of an elderly neighbor) my row of nine will be filled with seven homes of college educated 20 somethings! The row across the street of nine is now half filled with the same.

Change is happening in Allentown for sure. I can't speak first hand for the entire city, but here in The West End Theatre District the change is definitely for the better!
