Join the Wine Trail as it celebrates the 2006 harvest and toasts the bounty of our local agricultural heritage. The nine wineries of the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail will partner with their neighbors as part of the Pennsylvania Department of Agricultures “Pennsylvania Preferred” initiative, providing our customers with a taste of the amazing quality and variety of products available in our own back yards.
In addition to wine tasting and sales we will showcase:Locally grown fresh fruit, and vegetables
- Dishes prepared with Pennsylvania produced artisan cheeses, meats and poultry
- Baked goods and roasted nuts
- Live music
- Guided tours
- New wine releases and wine by the glass
Amore Farms partners with Goot Essa Cheese. Wine by the glass, fresh fruits, vegetables, and cheese will be available for purchase. Free samples of everything. Three new wine releases.
Vynecrest Winery will offer tastings of homemade pumpkin bread with pumpkin butter From Eagle Point Farm Market paired with Vynecrest’s Autumn Gold wine. Also, available for purchase will be PA Preferred Alderfer hot dogs on our grill, as well as wine by the glass, and roasted nuts by The Nutty Bavarian. Tours with the winemaker at 2pm both Saturday and Sunday. Live music by Gary Staples Trio both afternoons. Free admission.
Join Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery for Harvest weekend and enjoy food for sampling and for sale from Mr. Bill's Poultry. Leechboy will be playing on the patio from 1-4pm. Wines will be available for tasting and by the glass. We will be featuring new releases; Pinot Noir, Blanc de Noirs and Blueberry.
Big Creek Vineyards will have a fondue made from cheese made by our good friends at Goot Essa as well as artisan sausage from Haydt’s Meat Market and fresh fruit from Heckman’s Orchard. We will also have our Sangria for sale by the glass.
