Members of the Shofuso Japanese House and Garden will demonstrate ceremonial drumming while a koto player fills the air with the sweet sounds of this traditional string instrument. Wrap yourself up in a kimono dressing demonstration and learn how to make sushi watching the chefs of Bethlehem’s Dancing Fish Co. in action.
